The term ”Guys”,is becoming a problem.

Does the term "guys" still have gender constraint to it? because it looks like we are using it just to address a matter rather than a person. We like saying "guys I need help" kanti sithetha nomntu oy1. How is that happening? It's because our society is ever-changing and we need to question ourselves whether this is normal or is this just us going insane you know, so yeah. Sometimes you just need to share introspection of certain things in life.
