The term ”Guys”,is becoming a problem.

Does the term "guys" still have gender constraint to it? because it looks like we are using it just to address a matter rather than a person. It's because our society is ever-changing and we need to question ourselves whether this is normal or is this just us going insane you know, so yeah.
